• Always test in an inconspicuous area first
• Two light applications are usually more beneficial than one heavy one, however some problems may require a more generous application of Wood Elixir
• Even stubborn problems can be solved by using Wood Elixir with #0000 (extra fine) steel wool, though any abrasive should not be used on thick or glossy finishes
• The final (and most important) step is to wipe off and buff with a clean cloth until dry to the touch.
