I hope my description was not too confusing. I inherited this mahog console table and was told to use lemon oil on it. Obviously the wood was very dried out because the oil went into small cracks and left a veiny/crackled look. Would your product go into the cracks all the way in to make the wood uniform again. Also the metal bars (brass?)are brown. Should I apply your product,or leave it alone?Thanks.
