    Failure

To restore the dull, worn, and perhaps crazed/aligator finish of our dining room table, I have applied the two techniques below that were recommended using your Wood Elixir. Although much smoother, the finish continues to be very dull. First, on two occasions, I applied the Elixir generously with the paint brush provided and waited one hour and 40 minutes, respectively, before buffing. Second, and after the first two applications did not work, I applied the elixir generously, rubbed with the steel wool provided after waiting 5 minutes, and then buffed with a clean cloth. I meticulously followed the instructions provided and have not achieve the results advertised. PLEASE PROVIDE GUIDANCE OR I WILL BE FORCED TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A REFUND. THANKS.
