In it he describes 33 ways : to restore old finishes as well as 3 ways : to deal with cigarette burns. : --Previous Message-- : This is a dining table that has had the : finish : removed in an 10"x4" area by : acetone nail polish remover. Most of it is : down to bare wood. I am leary of : refinishing the entire top as it has a : matching hutch. But am sure willing to try : if I can get some good basic direction. It : also has a promenient cigarette burn in : the leaf. I have limited experience with : refinishing wood.
