Edges of veneer table are lifting Posted by Teri on 3/22/2002, 8:35 pm 66.82.52.84 I have a small drop leave table and the veneer top is lifting on all sides. Problem is, the veneer has lifted as much as 6 inches and the lifted veneer is very stiff. I'm afraid if I try pressing this veneer down, it will crack. I thought of dampening the veneer to get it more pliable, but the veneer finish is in good condition and I don't want to have to refinish the top. Help please! Responses: ?
