Sorry I didn't make my post very clear. The table has veneer both on the top side and bottom. In several places, the veneer, both on top side and bottom has lifted. On the worse spot, I can slide a ruler in between the top and veneer 5 inches. If you look at the side of the table, the veneer has lifted 1" at the edge and this lifted area tapers back towards the middle of the table 5" to where it is still firmly attached. So I would call it "curling up". I'm thinking if I glue and clamp the veneer down, since it's dry and somewhat brittle, it could crack. I'm thinking moisture would make it more flexible, but the finish is good, so I'm afraid moisture might mar the finish. Thanks very much! Teri
