The fast answer is that there is no mold problem that can not be reversed. Mold is a living organism which must be killed to stop it from growing. It lives on protein and is supported by moisture with a minumum of heat. A single application of Wood Elixir will remove the mold and re-establish the original finish providing there is a finish there. If there is no finish under the mold, such as on the back or undersides of furniture, then it will still be removed and the unfinished surface will be sealed to prevent a re-occurance of mold. Since I don't have an example of the results gained by Wood Elixir on the web site, I'll send a photo to you by email.
