    Piano Refinishing

I have piano that has a top with darkened areas, plant water rings, and a 12 inch diameter circle area that looks as if the finish has come off due to water or other abuse. I am afraid to refinish the entire top because I fear that it won't match the rest of the piano. In reading other meassages I think that your WE will take care of the water marks and darkened areas. Do you think that it will help with the unfinished area? What can I use to help match the color area after I get the water marks out? Will applying WE first harm or take me further from refinishing the piano. Do you reccomend tyring WE and then making further corrective action depending on status after application. Thanks
