Moldy spots and smell on dresser

I have a dresser with a mahogany veneer, there are a couple mold spots dotted on the front of it and I have not checked the bottom of the piece, but there is a likelyhood that there is some mold there too on the unfinished surfaces. Plus it smells of mustiness.

What can I do about this? Can I use your product on veneer? Do I treat EVERY surface of the dresser? Inside and out?

Help, my grandma gave me this and I'd hate to think it was going to be something I can't use. Thank You.
