rodent excrement stains on antique wood

We have been cleaning out the attic of a 150 year old house and have antiques full of rodent excrement stains, mildew and dirt. Some pieces have shelves of unfinished mahogany, which are quite stained. Will the Wood Elixir remove stains from unfinished antique wood?
Can I also apply it to the inside of unfinished cabinets to eliminate musty smells?
