Buffing required?

Ok you say wipe on the product , wipe off the product, then 24 hours later buff.....

How long should each be done. leave on for how long before wiping off (for say a worn off finish spots in original finish)? Then I assume wipe off til dry?? Or no?

And how much does one buff the next day? and with what?
