The finish on your doors is shellac and it is "alligatored" which is caused by heat and air movement. To restore, sand it with 220 sand paper using a sanding block just to smooth and not go through the finish. (Do not try to make it 100% smooth). The sanding will produce a yellow dust all over the finish. This is raw shellac. Do Not Remove this dust. Apply Wood Elixir to reamagamate that dust back into the finish. Wipe dry. (Follow the directions) More treatments with Wood Elixir applied with steel wool will smooth further and add to the finish.
