I applied the Wood elixir to an old secretary which had not been cared for at all. I applied a heavy coat and left it dry over night. Now when I wipe it it still remains tacky. I tried applying another coat, but it still remains tacky. I think that I need to remove some of the elixir. How do I do that? / thanks.
