    Sorry, probably not. The reason that Wood Elixir will remove paint splatters and paint spots is that Wood Elixir will seep in from all sides of small to medium paint smeers to loosen the bond which allows easy removal. In a case where there is complete paint cover, there is no way for Wood Elixir to get in between the two paints.
