    No, this probably dehydration caused by fluctuation in humidity levels. This results in a shrinking of the finish and loosening of the bond between the finish and the wood. Nothing simple will make the cracks disappear. What Wood Elixir will do is stop the cracking from continuing, rebond the loose finish to the wood and reduce the appearance of the cracks while sealing them.
