--Previous Message-- : Four year ago we purchased a 45 year old farm : house. This farm house has mahoganey trim : through out the house. However, the trim : has many coats of shiny varnish and when : they painted around the doors and windows : they got paint on the trim. I have tried : to use Goo Goo Gone to remove the paint, : but the paint has been on the wood for so : long. I don't like it. It would cost too : much to replace it. I attempted to do one : room and it took a very long time. I am : wondering whether this wood elixier might : help to restore this trim and remove old : paint from 30-40 years. Please help. : Judy :
