    Dull Finish

I have a antique buffet table. I wrote to you previously when I used your product to remove the water stains. As I mentioned the stained were removed however the finish remained very dull. Per your suggestion I applied Dr. Woodwell with a cloth making the surface damp and then dried it off with a clean cloth. My problem is after I let it cured for three hours, I tried to buff it to a shine and recieved nothing. I rubbed and rubbed and the surface is still very dull. I am worried I may have ruined this table. Please help!!
