I would like to spruce up my diningroom set. Orginally it was a light to medium finish. Now it is quite dark and dull. I was told it was Italian Provincial. Maybe, 1950 or 60. The end tables have marble insets. Any idea what kind of wood this is or finish? It also has a matching buffet, Also, what is the best way to repair small dents in chairs. Thank you
