Water/Hertel stains on a wood table top Posted by Daly on 7/30/2001, 9:24 am 207.164.90.75 I had a mixture of Hertel cleaning product and water which spilled over on the table and was left there over night. It soaked through and I would like to know what to do to get rid of the water rings. Should i use a steel wool ?? Please Help ! It's a 30 year old table that was given to us by the in-laws.
