    I'm afraid not. The chemical in the brake fluid will not only denature the finish, it will soak into the wood.
    Strip the top, soak as much of the oil out as you can with lacquer thinner, stain it the desired color, apply a coat of shellac to seal before applying your final finish or... sell it.
