removing paint from teak and rattan

hi, i recently got a teak dining table and chairs from my parents-in-law. i just know that they will look beautiful, if only i can remove the lime green (!) paint from them. i tried using zar paint and varnish remover, but it didn't work too well. oh, the seat part of the chairs is made of rattan, and the paint is particularly stubborn on those parts. any suggestions?

    thanks,

    keith
